Journey of Self-Discovery

Since a life-changing experience I have become more and more aware that it is important not only to rebalance the body but also the mind and the soul.

The basis for the energy work I do in my practice is the sensing of blockages (on a physical, mental, emotional, energy or soul level). Such blockages inhibit the energy flow. Finding and releasing these blockages allows for self-healing to be possible on all levels.

I have been on my own journey of self-discovery and have witnessed many energy techniques – some I have trained in and would like to share with you:
